Required Business Documents
The following information lists the documents required to open a business account at GSCU. GSCU reserves the right to request additional documents if needed, including but not limited to, the Operating Agreement, Partnership Agreement, and corporation bylaws.
Account name must match exactly to which the EIN has been assigned
GSCU requires all business owners to be listed on all business accounts
Business must be established for a minimum of two years in order to be considered for any loan options.
Sole Proprietorship, General Partnership, & Limited Partnership
Certificate of Registered Trade Name
Must be registered with the State of New Hampshire
IRS Letter of EIN (if applicable)
Limited Liability Company (LLC)
Certificate of Formation
Must be registered with the State of New Hampshire

Must be registered with the State of New Hampshire
